The purchased products will be delivered at the address specified by the customer while placing the order. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes
How do we deliver?
The products ordered on the website will be delivered by DHL. The Customer will receive the tracking number and will be able to track the delivery. If the Dhl service is temporarily not available, The Seller Aby Srl will provide other express delivery.
The courier will make 2 attempts to deliver the package. The frequency is 2 consecutive days. After the second attempt the package will be transferred to the DHL Parcel terminal. In this case, the customer will receive the notification on how to get the parcel. After this period the package will be returned to the Seller. When this occurs, Alby Srl will notify the customer. Alby Srl considers it as a return of the order, and will proceed with a refund.
Time of delivery
Packages are delivered from Monday to Friday during office hours, except weekends and holidays. The delivery in Italy may vary between 1 to 3 days since the placement of the order. If the customer is located outside Italy, the delivery will be from 2 to 10 working days. Alby Srl will ship the parcels in 2-3 working days.
Worldwide Shipping and Shipping to a different address or country
Alby Srl currently ships to any of the countries that are listed on the website while placing the order. The customer can select the different shipping address for delivery.
