Return and refund
You can decide to return any product within 14 days from the delivery date.
Reasons for the Return
- Damaged goods (only if accompanied by a picture of the damage and the packaging and tags attached)
- Nonconforming goods: the item is different from its description (only if accompanied by a picture of the item)
- The customer does not like the product
Returns and Refunds
The Customer can decide to return any Product within 14 days from the date of delivery. Within those 14 days, the goods must be shipped back to the Seller Alby Srl by the Customer. The following conditions must be observed if you want to return an item:
The Products must be returned to Alby Srl in their original conditions, complete with labels and in their original packaging, which ensures that they have not been damaged or worn.
If returned items that have been damaged, washed, altered or used, the products will not be eligible for a refund.
In order to return a purchased item, you need to send an email to the address firstname.lastname@example.org stating your surname, name, order number, the name of articles you want to return and reason for a return. The Customer Care Service will reply in 3 working days providing you the return document and instructions how to return to your country.
Upon receiving the returned merchandise, Alby Srl will check it. If no issues are found the customer will be refunded using the same payment method used to make the purchase.
